We’re a branding agency that does both: deep strategic thinking blended with high-level creative execution. Many clients come to us for one and stay for the other.

Every prospective client completes our Client Intake Questionnaire before we scope work. You can do it before or after the first call. To avoid any confusion, we also require that key decision makers be present in discussions early on. This is important work and it deserves the time and focus.

It depends. We don’t respond to RFIs. Reducing potential partners to a spreadsheet of numbers misses the point of finding the right fit.
And if your RFP is really a "Request for Pitch," that’s a no too. Spec work pulls time and focus from our paying clients and undermines the thoughtful process required to build strong brand foundations.
That said, if your RFP includes clear information about the challenge, budget, timeline, and other parties involved then we’re happy to consider it. We just won’t guess, pitch blindly, or compete on cost alone.

We don’t charge by the hour. No one at JAM has a rate card. We price engagements based on the value we believe our solutions will create for your business. Early conversations will focus on your challenges, ideal outcomes, and how success can be measured. From there, we’ll scope 2–3 engagement options and align on the right fit.

Most of our clients select an engagement priced around $100k. That doesn’t mean that we don’t provide opportunities to engage with JAM below $100k. We’ve scoped engagements as low as $20k and as high as $725k depending on complexity, depth, and involvement.
Every proposal includes a range of options with clear pricing and outcomes.

We’re happy to explore what’s possible. We can also help make the case to leadership if larger investment is needed. That’s why we prefer to have all decision makers involved from the first meeting—so expectations are aligned, and outcomes are set up for success.
